Lean back with face up.4. Repeat blinking the eye several times for cleansing. Do not apply the used liquid in the cup to cleanse the other eye. Do not cleanse the eye over 30 seconds each time. Rinse the eyewash cup thoroughly with fresh water each time before and after use and leave it to air-dry at clean and dry place.
