Terms & Conditions
Program Overview
The Amora Rewards Crew allows participants to promote the Beauty Amora products by sharing a unique personalized promo code or referral link on their social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
Important: No gifted products, free samples, or physical items will be provided under this program. Participants earn commission only on qualifying sales generated through their code.
Eligibility
To participate in the Program, you must:
Maintain at least one active and public account on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube.
Be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Reside in a country where PayPal is supported for receiving payments.
Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of the company or its affiliated companies.
Discount Offered to Customers
Customers who make a purchase on the Beauty Amora's website using promo code will receive discount on eligible items (subject to any additional terms, exclusions, or limitations stated on the website at the time of purchase).
Commission Structure
You will earn 10% commission on the net sale amount (excluding shipping, taxes, discounts, returns, and refunds) from qualifying purchases made by third-party customers using your unique code or link.
Commissions are only earned on completed and paid orders.
Commission Payouts
Commissions can only be paid out once your balance reaches a minimum threshold of AUD 40.
Payouts are processed monthly on the 5th (or the next business day if the 5th falls on a weekend or public holiday).
Payments will be made to the PayPal email address registered in your account.
Processing may take up to 5 working days after the payout date.
Any unredeemed commissions will expire after 3 months from the date they were earned.
Promotion & Content Creation
All promotional activities must comply with applicable laws, including advertising disclosure requirements (e.g., #ad, #sponsored, “paid partnership”, etc.) and the rules of the respective social media platforms.
By posting any content created as part of this program, you grant Beauty Amora an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, modify, reproduce, publish, and share your content (with credit to you where reasonably practicable) on the company’s website, social media, emails, or marketing campaigns.
Application and Approval
All applications are subject to review and approval by Beauty Amora.
Beauty Amora reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.
Approved participants may be required to follow branding guidelines or submit sample content for review.
Your unique discount code is for promotional use only and must not be shared in a manner that constitutes spam or public posting on coupon websites.
The code may only be used on eligible full-priced items and cannot be combined with other promotions, sales, or clearance items.
Beauty Amora reserves the right to deactivate your code at any time for misuse or violation of these terms.
Beauty Amora may terminate your participation in the program at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including (but not limited to):
Violation of these Terms & Conditions
Misuse of the discount code
Fraudulent activity or suspected abuse
Negative impact on the Company’s brand
Upon termination, any pending or unclaimed commissions may be forfeited at the company’s discretion.
Beauty Amora reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Amora Rewards Crew Program, or these Terms & Conditions, at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email or on the company’s website. Your continued participation after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Beauty Amora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Amora Rewards Crew program.
Participation in the program does not create any employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and Beauty Amora.
Beauty Amora makes no guarantees regarding the amount of commission you will earn.
All personal information collected will be used solely for administering the program, tracking sales and commissions, processing payments, and sending program-related communications.
In the event of any discrepancy, the English version of these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
Beauty Amora’s decisions regarding the Program and these Terms are final and binding.
