Adhesive Foot Pads - Bamboo Vinegar - 8pcs

1. Take one sachet of sole patch and one piece of the adhesive sheet.
2. Gently peel off the large part of the backing paper of the adhesive.
3. Remove the sole patch from its protective packaging.
4. Hold it with the label side facing down toward the adhesive sheet.
5. Carefully place the sole patch in the center of the adhesive sheet either lengthwise or sideways.
6. Remove the remaining portion of backing paper and press the patch firmly to the adhesive.
7. Apply the sole patch to the area of the sole (either front, middle or end part) you wish to put on.
8. Press gently to ensure the patch is secure.
9. Sole Patches should be left in place for eight hours or until the patches become discolored and/or damp.
10. At the morning, remove the used patches and discard, thoroughly cleanse the feet.
