Q: How do I place an order?

A: Placing an order with us is easy.

  • select the size, color and quantity on the product page while browsing the site
  • click "Add to Cart" to put all your desired items to the shopping cart and then click the "Checkout" button. At this stage, you will be asked to sign in or register.
  • enter any coupon codes if any and you will then be directed to fill in your shipping and billing address
  • choose the shipping and payment method you prefer and then click "Confirm Order"
  • securely input the payment information via our payment partner’s page.

You will receive an order number and the order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email shortly.

Q: How do I use a coupon code?

A: You may use a coupon code when placing your order. Simply input the code into the coupon code box and click “Apply Coupon”. Please note that some coupon codes may not be used with other site offers.

Q: Can I make changes on my order after it has been confirmed?

A: In order to minimize the delay in delivery, we are not able to amend any details of the order including delivery address, ordered items and ordered quantity once it has been placed. If a wrong delivery address has been entered and the parcel could not be delivered, we could only return the parcel to our warehouse.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: To ensure the payment is secure and smooth, we currently only accept Credit Card and PayPal payment.

*Paypal Pay in 4 is available on Beauty Amora. This offers a buy now, pay later interest-free solution. This payment option is available after you select to checkout with Paypal. For related terms and conditions, please refer to the policy page of Paypal.

Q: Where do you ship from and how long does it take to arrive?

A: All orders are shipped from our Australia warehouse from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Order processing time depends on the availability of the items you ordered. Once all items are ready, we will start packing and dispatch the order as soon as possible. The shipping time usually takes 1-5 working days after dispatch. You may refer to our Shipping Information Page for more details on order processing and delivery time.

Q: Do you support shipping to a PO box?

A: Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to PO boxes, parcel lockers, hotels or freight forwarding addresses.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you. Please allow up to 40 hours for your tracking link to be live as the courier may need some time to upload the shipping updates.

Q: The tracking shows delivered but I have not received the parcel. What should I do?

A: Sometimes, the parcel may be delivered to your mailbox or signed by your neighbors. Please check your mailbox and ask your neighbors to see if they have received the parcel on your behalf. In case you cannot get your parcel, we suggest you contact the local courier with your tracking number. If the issue cannot be solved, please contact our customer service support by submitting a ticket.

Q: Can I return my order?

A: If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it in new condition. We strongly suggest customers to carefully check the ingredient list before making a purchase as we do not accept returns due to allergic reactions of using a product purchased from us. Only returns within 14 days after order delivery will be accepted. Please note that the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer. You may submit a ticket to us and the relative department will provide you with the return procedures in 3-5 working days. For more return details, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Page.

Q: Are the items genuine and when will they expire?

A: All items we sell are 100% genuine and new. We only source the products from the manufacturer, reputable suppliers and distributors.

Most of the Korean beauty products have a shelf life of three years after the manufacturing date. Please refer to the characters printed on the package or the product container for more information. You may see 제조 and it means "produced on" while 까지 meaning "good until".

Q: Why are some of your Korean beauty products marked as "sample" or "not for sale"?

A: Certain products available from Asian Beauty Wholesale may have labels printed with the following terms: "견본품" (Sample), "비매품" (Not for Sale), or "증정용" (Gift). These labels indicate that these products are considered samples and are not intended for sale in Korea. However, they can be sold in countries or regions where such restrictions do not apply.

Please note that products marked as "견본품" (Sample), "비매품" (Not for Sale), "증정용" (Gift), or "Not for Sale" in either Korean or English are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Q: What does it mean if I receive a product with "Duty Free" printed on it?

A: If you receive a product with "Duty Free" printed on its body or package, it does not imply any difference from products without this mark, nor does it indicate that the product is exempt from customs-related taxes or fees in your country.

Please note that products marked as "Duty Free" are non-returnable and non-refundable.
